Christie Day is the Founder and CEO of iCHOOSEREALTY.COM. Christie lives in Trempealeau with two of her four children, Amanda and Ashley, both 16. Ryan, 18, is continuing to find himself and her oldest son, Chad, is 21 and lives in Arizona to pursue his own dreams. Christie entered into real estate about 6 years ago after working for a local bank as a personal banker.

Christie has worked for both traditional real estate companies as well as discount brokerage firms, but one thing was always the same, the rates for services were always decided by the broker. It really bothered her how the sellers didn’t have a choice on what the commission payment would be. It was either X amount or x amount. It didn’t matter how much work the agent did or didn’t do, it was the same rate. Because of this, Christie decided it was time to make a change in the real estate world and come up with an idea that no other company was doing. This is how iCHOOSEREALTY.COM was created, to offer sellers options, and let them choose how much work they wanted their real estate agent to do and ultimately decide how much of their money would be spent at closing for their real estate agent.

After a lot of work, Christie’s vision of a great real estate company finally became reality. In June of 2006, the doors opened for iCHOOSEREALTY.COM. Past clients of Christie know that they get a hard working, honest real estate agent. Christie doesn’t promise results, but she does promise that she will work to the best of her abilities. 80% of Christie’s business is repeat business and the rest is referrals. This is something that she is very proud of, and is a testament to the type of person, as well as real estate agent she is.
